Is anyone interested in helping out with trails?  A few trails still need brushing, mostly in the North
end. Feel free to grab a set of pruners and go brush a section, every little bit helps and everyone will
appreciate the improved visibility and safety.

As one of the groomer operators I am sorry to report that several of our signs have been purposely
knocked down and broken. Some are bridge markers, no snowmobiling signs, land owner requested
signage for no trespassing, and general signage for direction and safety.

This act is considered vandalism and holds the same legal ramifications as any other type of
vandalism.  If you have any knowledge of who is doing this, please report it to the trail master.

I am also seeing a few areas where people have had refreshments and left their empty cans and other
trash behind. It is most unfortunate that a few inconsiderate snowmobilers can possibly ruin it for
everyone by disrespecting landowners and those of us that have worked so hard to keep a  trail
system open.   I am thankful that most snowmobilers are responsible and abide by the carry in carry
out policy.  If you see trash on the trail please pick it up.

Last but not least, I encourage you to take interest in becoming a member or make donations for gas
and maintenance.

Remember tread lightly so that the rider behind you might benefit from the grooming as well, try to
keep spinning to a minimum.   Safe sledding, ride right and ride smart.

Thanks,
